The ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. and is open to the public. Recipients of the awards are people who provide direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities and who are dedicated to providing opportunities for the people they serve to become active, valued members of the St. Charles County community. It is a time of heartwarming stories of hope and achievement in the lives of people with developmental disabilities.
