The Governor’s Council on Disability has developed four short educational videos about Service Animals. These videos are intended to provide information and education to the public about the rights and responsibilities of service dog handlers. The videos are titled, Service Animals Defined and the Rights of Handlers; How to Obtain a Service Animal and Service Animal Fraud; The Rights of People Who Use Service Animals in Public Places and Housing; and Filing a Discrimination Complaint with the Missouri Commission on Human Rights.
