NECAC (North East Community Action Corporation)

NECAC is a not-for-profit community action agency delivering a variety of social service programs to low income, elderly, youth, disabled and disadvantaged individuals and families through grants and contractual agreements with federal, state, county and local governments, other not-for-profit organizations and private businesses.
