Please Visit Our Community Reports Section ----- More.....By: Karen Craven // November 13, 2008The DDRB has released several reports of community interest. Those reports are located under "Community Reports" in the "For Everyone" section. Recent releases are the FY08 Casemanagement End of Year Report that includes results of a consumer satisfaction survey of DDRB Casemanagement services; the DDRB Information Technology Feasibility Study and Presentation outlining a major systems upgrade that will enable the DDRB and it's partner agencies to retrieve data and assess trends for more accurate future planning; the 2008 System Wide Satisfaction Survey and the 2008 Agency Report Cards that measure the satisfaction of DDRB funded agencies and their programs; and the DDRB 2008 Audit.
