The Developmental Disabilities Resource Board (DDRB) is a public taxing entity, also known as a “Senate Bill 40 Board,” dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in St. Charles County. We partner with various agencies to fund specialized support and services, helping individuals fully integrate and participate in their community.

In addition to funding, DDRB offers Case Management services. We support individuals aged 16 and 17, regardless of Medicaid status, and those 18 and older with active Medicaid. Our case management ensures personalized care and assistance, guiding families through available resources and support options.
