Agencies requiring a hearing by the Board will be notified of their scheduled date and time to appear before the Board. Agendas for each meeting will be posted on this website.
Agencies that are within the funding priorities and DO NOT require a hearing by the Board are not required to attend the agency hearings, however ALL MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
The DDRB encourages agency representatives attend the Public Hearing and the DDRB Working Session.
On 04-16-09 the scheduled was revised to reflect a time change for the hearings. Agency hearings scheduled for May 21, 2009 will now be held at the conclusion of the regularly scheduled board meeting.
