Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month begins March 1, 2022, and People First St. Charles members are highlighting the impact of the direct support professional staffing crisis. Members created this year’s theme and are advocating with state and local legislators for agency rate increases to be able to attract and retain this very important workforce.
