You are encouraged and invited to attend the 16th annual Disability Rights Legislative Day on March 15, 2017, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Missouri State Capitol. This year’s theme is, “We Choose Inclusion”.
The primary purpose sixteen years ago, and still today, is to bring Missourians with disabilities, family members and those who care about them to the Capitol, to hear from legislators and to talk to legislators about issues impacting our lives each and every day. Speakers a the rally will discuss issues that are especially important this legislative session, such as continuing to focus funding on community-based supports, reforming guardianship rules, and enhancing the MO HealthNet Buy-In for Workers with Disabilities.
