| The Coalition of Service Providers is a group of community agencies that offer a wide range of services for people with mental retardation or other developmental disabilities. Their mission is to provide a forum for executives or organizations that serve people with disabilities in St. Charles County and the surrounding area to network, identify and influence issues, problem solve, communicate and advocate. |
